Satisfaction Guarantee


At Cozora LLC, we are confident in the quality and design of our handmade furniture. Our goal is to ensure you are completely satisfied with our products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we are happy to assist you with our return and exchange process.


1. Return Process

Return Acceptance: You may request a return within 14 days of receiving the product. Unfortunately, requests made after this period cannot be accepted.


Conditions:


The product to be returned must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.


All accessories, parts, and assembly instructions must be returned in full.


Returns of customized or personalized products are not accepted unless otherwise specified.


Initiating a Return:


To initiate your return request, please send an email to contact@cozorafurniture.com with your order number and reason for return.


After reviewing your request, we will provide you with the return address and necessary instructions for return shipping.


2. Exchange

If you wish to exchange your product for a different model, you can return your product by following the steps in our return policy and then place your new order.


3. Return Shipping Costs

Damaged or Incorrect Product Returns: We will cover the return shipping cost for damaged or incorrectly shipped products due to an error on the part of Cozora LLC.


Customer-Initiated Returns: The shipping cost is the customer's responsibility for customer-initiated returns, such as disliking the product or changing your mind.


4. Refund

When the returned product reaches our warehouse, it is inspected for compliance with the conditions.


Once the inspection is complete, your payment will be refunded to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.


Shipping fees are non-refundable.


5. Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or defective, it is important to notify us within 48 hours of delivery. You can initiate the process by emailing photos of the damage and your order number to contact@cozorafurniture.com. We will assess the situation and offer you the most appropriate solution (exchange or full refund).
